This course uses an instructional systems design model to guide the student in systematically developing effective Instruction. Theoretical and practical issues in instructional systems design are examined. Other instructional design models are introduced. Lec. 3, Cr. 3.

Instructional Unit: Project Description: My instructional unit aimed to teach 504 Special Program managers and writing/ELAR teachers effective pencil-gripping techniques, utilizing a mix of digital and physical resources in the IDEA Quest library for an interactive learning experience. Feedback from subject matter experts and real-time learner input informed iterative modifications, enhancing the unit's effectiveness and pedagogical value.
